- In a large wok/pan, drizzle oil, sear the beef for 2-three minutes then turn sides and continue stir fry for anther 2-3 minutes.
- Follow with onions and bell pepper. Toss well and melt for about 1-2 minutes, then remove from pan and set it bated.
- In the remaining wok/pan drizzle a fleck more oil. Saute the garlic for 1 minute with medium rut. Next add together ginger, black bean, and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Marinade
- 1 tbsp Carbohydrate
- ane tsp Corn starch
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- i tbsp Light soy sauce or regular soy sauce
- i tbsp Shao Xing wine optional ( details in note )
Stir Fry Sauce
- iii tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp H2o
- ½ tsp Corn starch
- 2 tsp Shao Xing Wine
- two tsp Sugar

Cutting the beef steak into thin slices confronting the grain. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, Shao Xing wine, baking soda and corn starch.
